Question Undervolting laptop

Hi!

I got an MSI GP73-Leopard-8RE with i7 8750h, 16gb Ram (2x8), 128SSD+1TB HDD, GTX 1060 6GB.

I did some under volting due to high CPU and motherboard temperatures. I have had no issues after this, even a slight performance boost in CS go. When running ITX CPU stress test it signals for a brief second now and then for power limit throtteling when I have ran The test for 2 3 mins. The W goes up to max 50-55 of What I have seen.
Is this bad? How to fix If needed?

Any thought?
