Undetectable SSD, Cloning Failed

So i bought a SSD370S 512gb SSD ,and i tried cloning the SSD. The cloning took hours but that isn't the problem, the problem is that when it was done cloning i tried to check the capacity of the ssd in the software and it said 0. That confused me so i reoppened the software and it said the same thing, after that i tried to clone it again but it says Please Close SSD Scope and connect Transcend SSD. I tried to reconnect and reoppen and it won't work. So i tried putting the ssd in my pc instead of my HDD and on startup my pc says Part being used does not work properly. Someone help me

try reformating it and retrying it again. something went wrong when it cloned it.

I can't reformat the ssd because i don't get the option or i just don't know how i guess

Is the SSD still being recognized in the BIOS setup? If it has disappeared from the list of SATA devices in BIOS then you either have a defective SSD or a defective SATA data cable.

I just realized that if i go to manage devices i can see it there. And it is being recognized in BIOS, also it must be detecting something if Scope can detect it but i wanna know how i can clone it again i'm just being weird.
