Unending blue screen and restart

So I reformatted my pc and after 3 days of usage it shows unending blue screens and restarts, then go into safe mode, then nothing happens, it repeats the cycle; start-up, blue scree, go to safe mode, restart, blue screen, safe mode...... I checked the temps and they're low coz I just changed the thermal paste. My friend said that maybe the PSU or the GPU is the problem or could be any component? Please help, do I need to change the PSU? Also, I almost forgot to mention, but during intensive games, the pc also restarts, hope this helps. My specs is 3 back from 3 years.

I can't even take a photo of it, it takes just a blink of an eye. The blue screen shows for about less than a second then goes to repair mode.

you can disable restart in BIOS

Clear this checkbox:

• Control Panel/System/Advanced System Settings/Advanced/Startup&Recovery/Settings/System Failure/Automatically Restart
