unexpected hardware error BSOD

good morning everyone
today i got some strange BSODs.everything on my case is new except my CPU and my second HDD.2 days ago i just installed a new beta driver for my Ati GPU
my specs
AMD Phenom X4 9600
4Gb Ram
Asrock 960GC-GS FX
500w power supply
1TB Western Digital HDD
500GB Toshiba HDD
Sapphire Radeon HD7790 2gb OC edition

do a bios/cmos reset - thru bios or remove/replace bi button battery on mobo. See mobo manual.
