OS:Windows 10 education 64bit
cpu:i7-3770
gpu:gtx 980
psu:corsair vs650
ram:16 gb corsair veng

yes you were right i guess, i first ran this memory test tool which had to be used via a bootable usb at start up it ran for 90 mins and my rams were fine, so i uninstalled the nvidia driver and reinstalled the old driver not the new one, i ran the furmark GPU stress test for 20 mins on 1080p preset , then i played three games black ops 3, batman arkham origins and GTA V for more than an hour , and everything seems fine for now, i am just surprised that a driver can cause these problems
