Unexpected reboot BSOD

computer BSOD reboot intermittantly.

Hi I have custom built PC previously stable (9months or so) now unexpected BSOD. I have stress tested the PC and all seems in the green basically my system consists of

Windows 10/64 pro
Asus Rampage 5 extreme 3.1 mobo
CorsaiR ax 1500 w PSU
Intel 5960 cpu
Corsair H110i cooler
EVGA 980Ti hybrid
64 gb Corsair dominator RAM
Intel 750 1.2TB SSD PCIe
1 tb Samsung Pro SSD

I'm not overclocking the PC

Since installing the Intel SSD 1.2tb PCIe and copying C drive to is using Minitool partition all tested green after install with update and tuned SDD according to Intel SSD tool box.
I have updated Graphics drivers using GEforce to latest driver
But system would crashes sometimes in game other times in YouTube.

I think it has something to do with Graphics but when I stress test it does not fail?? Using Furmark, Asus PC diagnostics, PC Doctor. I have tried Microsoft who say its a hardware issue. called Asus (helpful) and unplugged the GPU etc deleted drivers and clean installed still the issue comes back/ Any ideas ?
