unexplainable fps problems

i get frame drops every minute or so in alot of games, they freeze the game for a second and thats it.
i pretty much replaced every part in my pc but i still get the same problem.

Slow single channel ram is the problem. Get a fast dual channel kit 3000mhz that will make your pc run way better

oh yeah the ram is Ballistix Sport LT ddr4 2666 mhz, dont know why it showed up like that
