He's always been there in the five or six times I've played this mod
'except' for one time when I think I screwed up the 'trigger'. I'm
pretty sure he doesn't move around. Although one time after I talked
him, he wandered off and got killed by the traps in the maze.
I
suspect that wouldn't affect the outcome, but I reloaded anyway. The
next time, I blocked the door so he couldn't be killed.
And yet another time, he got zapped in the maze but wasn't killed, so
I didn't reload after that, and everything seemed fine.
In the case when he wasn't there, I think I gave 'wrong' responses
either to Unger or the Illium maker in the Promenade.
