Right click the network icon lower right screen corner.
Select "Troubleshoot problems". See if the trouble shooter can find or fix anything.
Go into Device Manager to identify the active network adapter. Verify that the network adapter is correctly configured for your network.
Go to the manufacturer's website and download both the driver software and the installation instructions. Reinstall the drivers accordingly.
Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) from the command prompt. The output will help identify possible problems or configuration errors.
