Unidentified network when using ethernet connection

Hello, I've been using an Ethernet connection for a while now and didnt have any problems, now i can't connect as it keeps showing unidentified network. I am running Windows 10. My ipconfig /all is below.

Hi there,

There are two things that I would try to start:

1. Try restarting the router. This is always a good place to start when having network issues.

2. Try running the command "ipconfig /release" and then "ipconfig /renew". This will release your network adapter, and request a new address from your router.

If neither of these work, then look into further steps.
