Question Unifi Network all access points offline- Access Point can give Internet to clients

I have a Unifi Network Application that I use to setup my Wifi but this says my access points are offline. I can ping them in the pictures below,

What device is the controller running on? A Windows box? Have you disabled windows firewall ?

I have disable windows firewall and running on Windows I want to change password for Wifi for two networks because the Access Points have three different SSIDS assigned to them and I can change them in the controller but it is not changing them in the access point so the controller has new wifi passwords already set but the access points are using the old passwords.
