[SOLVED] uninstall HP Product Assistant

I'm sorry if this is in wrong forum. I have an HP windows 10 desktop and HP envy printer. Before I can print a pop up telling me to connect to update HP instank in status pops up. I turned off web services and even uninstalled HP Product Assistant from computer but the message still pops us!! Help??

Go to Control Panel/ Add and Remove programs/ and uninstall HP Update
