How uninstall an MS update in Win 7?

Start Windows Update, click at bottom-left for 'Installed Updates'. Right click the update and click 'Uninstall'.

Go to Control Panel, Windows Update, there should be list of installed updates, and link to uninstall them. You can also try going back in time if you have configured "restore points".
