Uninstalled programs and laptop went wonky

Hello, I uninstalled some programs that i didn't use anymore, like games, video converters, audio converters and quicktime and now my laptop's display keeps goes back to the default settings and a few of my programs cannot work. (like steam)

I use an Asus x42j with windows 7, i7 and a 1 gb graphics card.

(oh and i'm not sure where i should post this..)

It looks like it has installed correctly, are you able to use the program? or has it not installed?

Yup, everything goes back to day 1. When you bought your system.... isn't that just beautiful.
I actually personally, love that option. When I get sick of stuff that just keeps going on and on and on.... then that's an option that I choose.

Oh it's fine? but it still doesnt work for me. And I found out a few shortcuts on the key board doesn't work anymore. (but I didn't change any of my settings)

I've been a little busy so I didn't have the time to check. But thank you for all the help!

Oh and do you guys know anything about itunes? Because I keep getting a pop up telling me to update it whenever I try to sync my ipod, when it's already the most updated version so far.

Could be a bug with the program.
