Hello, I have a Ryzen 5 7500F processor where F means that the processor has no integrated graphics. Now I also have an RTX 4060 GPU in my system. I want to know that if i uninstall the graphic cards drivers with DDU, will my screen go black and there will be no output to my monitor because there is no graphics card on my system and cpu has no integrated graphics?

Thanks!

Hello.
When you uninstall something or you install for the first time a Windows OS, if it does not have your device driver , then Windows will install a generic driver.
This way you will be able to enter in device manager to check what device is missing it's driver and you can install it either by using a USB stick (there are cases when your network card is not installed) or if your network card was installed properly - then you can go to motherboard producer web page and download the latest driver available.

Windows will use a generic driver to output video. BEFORE doing this though, download the nVidia driver, disconnect from your network. Boot into safe mode, DDU, then when you boot into Windows normally, install your driver.

This is why I don't buy processors without integrated graphics. I may never use the integrated graphics, but it is handy to have for troubleshooting purposes. It is well worth the few extra dollars it costs to buy a CPU with integrated graphics.
