Universal password for dell adminstration setup

please could someone help me to erase my administer password on dell XPS 140

Go to Control Panel, then User Accounts. Check if there is a no-password Admin account. The purpose of the Admin password is to prevent unauthorized access and altering system features and programs. One way around this is to re-install the OS. But, re-installation of the OS will wipe all data and programs from your C: drive.
