Hi i have an desktop pc assembled
My pc suddenly froze during use, when i restarted it displayed black screen without cursor.
I have tried a lot of solutions from the net , like uninstalling and reinstalling the drive , unpluging and connecting it back again, using chkdsk in cmd prompt to fix the c driver which did show that it had errors which kept repetedly scanning and attempting repair to no avail, and also checked the shell in the registry and doing all this i had no solution, and i need an solution

You're not making much sense, how did you see the command prompt if your screen is black?

Think about what happened and what is happening, and then slowly (literally slowly, as in only a few words a minute) type it out.

Well i tried to login many times that did not work and when i rebooted again it started diagnosing and then went into the windows recovery page and then through there i used the advanced trouble shooting to get into the safe mode among the other option , and then i went into the device manager and checked it if it was an driver fault, and i saw an driver error in the Monitors , so as suggested by others i uninstalled and restarted so my OS can reinstall the driver , but even after i had done that the Black screen resumed , but now i went in safe mode i saw Generic Non-PnP monitor under monitors in device manager as error and i have also tried all the things that i had mentioned above.
Is this enough details so u can help me or if any-other details is needed pls ask.

Ok, so you do not have a black screen at post, the screen turns off only after the system loads but not in safe mode. That would indicate a driver error, likely in the graphics card, which means you should download the newest applicable driver from the graphics card manufacturer.

While you are at it, try running sfc /scannow to see if there is corruption in the system files just in case.
