Question Unknown Brand Logo on a Sticker of a Fan from RX 580 2048 SP

Hello,

I peeled off the stickers from two fans of my graphics Card and there were another two Stickers underneath. I was a bit amused and wonder what that's supposed to mean.
Does anybody know what the other stickers might mean ? The sticker below the Envinda Sticker shows a dragon, a C and a tiny logo.

It means the company who manufactured the fans had orders that weren't deliverable, weren't paid for, over-runs or the buyer changed its mind, so instead of peeling off several million stickers, they just slapped new ones on top.

It´s probably the brand that sells those fans, i would agree. Does anybody know the name of the brand ?
