Contact Asus and ask them if you're so worried. Either they confirm that Shengqi is their licensed partner in China. Or it's one of many copycat firms.

I, personally, wouldn't buy/use any of Shengqi MoBos, instead i would get MSI, Asus, EVGA or Gigabyte MoBo instead.
