[SOLVED] Unknown PCI Device in Device Manager

I upgraded my GPU yesterday to the RTX 2070 Super and it shows up in Device Manager just fine. But, under Other there's PCI Device with an exclamation mark. Windows won't identify it, can't tell what driver it needs and it's therefore a useless error message to me. How do I fix this?

I managed to solve it. It was the USB C port on the graphics card. Because I didn’t reinstall my drivers when I updated, that one was missing
