Question Unknown problem with pixels

Hello guys
I bought new monitor but when i watch films on highest quality the pixels on the wall side keep changing their colors but the video quality looks great
I dont know what is the problem and how can i solve it can you help me please

You only mentioned the make and model of your panel. We could use the specs to your build.

What is the make and model of your GPU? Assuming you're on Windows OS environment, you might want to use DDU, remove all GPU drivers, then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver in an elevated command.

Does the panel exhibit the same issue when hooked to another system?

Hi i tested the monitor with another device and i found that the problem from the monitor but i still cant get it the monitor reviews were so good and its really good in games and image quality is good too video quality is good but there are some parts that show pixels change like in the video i feel its too bad pixels in some parts cant stop changing and shining so what is the solution i am very disappointed and i cant refund if for this reason
