Help

Hi,

It may be a deleted software that was part of the startup items when it was still installed. Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running a virus/malware scan just to be sure.
- Here's a link for tools and guide you can use.
http://www.tomsguide.com/faq/id-1691891/removing-malware-proven-completely-remove-bitcoin-mining-malware.html
- Once done with the clean up delete all the temporary files.
- Press the Windows key + R at the same time and type %temp% then press OK.
- Delete everything in that temp folder and just leave those that won't delete.
- If all these will not work you may need to use a 3rd party software to get rid of it for good.

Do refer to this link and it would contain the steps and the 3rd party software that i'm referring to.
