Unkown usb device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

Ok, for the last two days, I have been having this problem. I have the standard usb 3.0 front hub on my case, along with two usb 2.0 hubs at the front end, along with the 4 usb 2.0 hubs on my motherboard. I have an xbox 360 controller for windows receiver, an hp wired keyboard, and a logitech wireless mouse all hooked into the back side usb ports.

The last couple of days I have been getting a pop up message, along with the disconnect and connect device noises in windows 10. It happens every 2-3 seconds, infinitely.

I thought maybe it was a bad usb port on the back end.

Device Manager, under the universal serial bus controllers list, the unknown usb device with the yellow warning label. out of the listed USB Composite Devices, 4 of the 6 listed are saying they are not connected. None of the ports have the option for letting the pc turn them off to save power checked.

So, can someone help me?

so you have 3 devices connected via usb only, and you get the disconnection and connection sound all the time. Have you tried disconnecting them yourself and see which of them causes the problem?

It pops up even when no devices are plugged into usb

try to update chipset and usb drivers(if they exist on your board). If it doesn't work , i would go on with backuping and doing a clean install.
