Question Unlock Scroll to navigate Bios

Acer SP315 laptop. I'm using the Microsoft Installation media to correct some issues. I must've locked the Scroll feature. I can't use the arrows to Select my USB under drives.
Note: My Seagate HD displays...and then on another reboot there is No HDD.

Thanks, Alabalcho. It didn't do it. The arrow keys move one or two lines (up/down)...except in the Boot tab, where there are no highlighted lines display from the up/down arrows

It probably means that you need to enable booting from these drives somewhere else before rearranging them.

What vintage is that laptop?

2017. Now, under the Information tab, it says I have no hard drive. If it can't locate , then the drive must be toast.
