ps:sorry for bad english

Solution
I had a better-than-70% success rate in unlocking.

I suspect your issue is that nVidia motherboard. I've never seen one that was decent at unlocking.

Those chips are sold as X2 for a reason not all of them are stable enough to run as X3 or X4, I've had 4 and so far only one was fully unlockable and stable as X4. If your motherboard doesn't core unlock automatically then Set Automatic Core Calibration (ACC) to Auto. If that doesn't work, try increasing the Vcore slightly until it boots and is stable. Only go up to 1.4v! If That doesn't work, try increasing the CPU-NB Voltage in steps to a max of 1.35v. You will also need good cooling, stock coolers wont handle the heat these will generate if you manage to unlock one.

should i try doing them both?Increasing the vcore and the nb voltage together?i have 32 bit windows does this affect anything?

ye thats what i think too.. i cant even overclock over 3.4 ghz..
