Unlocking the 4th core to my Athlon II X3 450

Hello,

I dont know how to unlock my processor , i was looking over and over to many tutorials but i dont think i have the option in my bios.

Does anyone have any ideea how to do it ?

Motherboard : mcp61m-m3

BIOS must have that option, no way around it.
