(I Have Windows 10)
(i have gtx 650 msi 1gb oc edtion)
can i unpark my cpu
i5-3470
and i have an msi moderboard
when i am trying to unpark my cpu it's says park
the moderboadr has a connection to this problam?
i want to unpark for bf4

Yes, there is software. But you cannot unpark cpu, because it isn't parked (don't have hyperthreading). Your graphics card isn't very strong. I suggest you to upgrade it or overclock it, if you want to play this game on higher settings.
