unparking my intel g3250

i have a intel pentium g3250 cpu with 8gb hyper x and 2gb r7 370 plugged on gigabyte ga h81m s2pv. i am requesting a software and a help for unparking my cpu..also how can i overclock my cpu..my mother board is gigabyte ga h81m s2pv.psu is 450watt with 6pin.
