Ive been looking for an answer but most of the people with the same question I have seem to be getting like 30fps, Im getting wayyyy lower than like. Like 1fps every 5 seconds. I need to use windowed mode for one of the games I play but I cannot since I experience this issue.
Fullscreen works smooth like butter in any game I play but as soon as I switch to borderless or windowed I begin to stutter like crazy only getting updates to my screen every couple of seconds. When I alt tab and say start looking at say a google tab and the game is out of focus the game runs perfectly, no problems. But as soon as I click back on the game it goes back to freezing and glitching.
Any ideas?
