For whatever reason i cant get stable FPS in any game. ill be at 70 or so frames one second then drops to 30 or evn as low as 15.
Temps for gpu never above 65
temps for cpu 60

GTX 970
FX 6300
8gb ram
600w psu

Well, while 60 degrees C is pretty close to the max recommended temp for your CPU, it shouldn't be causing that much trouble if it is that hot under load.

Have you checked your task manager to make sure that something isn't running in the background eating up all of your resources? What games do you play?

I havent checked my task manager because i would be 99% sure that wouldnt be happening all i run is msi afterburner.

i play gta v
battlefield 4
heroes and generals
planetside
cs go
gmod
minecraft with shaders

Just because you don't manually run programs doesn't mean they don't run on their own. A lot of things launch at startup unless you specify otherwise. Trojans or other malicious programs don't ask for your permission to run. Check your task manager. Sort the processes by memory usage, and see what programs are using up a lot of memory. Maybe a single process is eating up a ton of resources, or maybe there is an accumulation of processes gumming up your performance. Worth checking into.

Ill look into it, what else could be the problem

Your CPU temp is pretty high and "could" be a part of it, as it may be throttling due to the high temps. The FX 6300 is a decent processor, but paired with a GTX 970 it is probably causing a bottleneck. I have seen multiple reports on forums of the 6300 bottlenecking a gtx 970.

If your 6300 is on stock settings you could try overclocking it which will help, but with your temps as high as they are you would definitely need to upgrade the cooler on your processor before you attempt that.
