Thus morning I unplugged my gtx 970 to RMA it for a new one (had an clicking noise on one of the fans because a wire was too close to it, unrelated) and plugged in my 660 ti to use for now. My PC now will not turn on. I'm not sure if I knocked out a connection to something, but the green LED on my mobo under the transformer is on and I have a blue light on my psu switch. I have alao tried it with the 970 back in and with no GPU. I have an Asus P9X79LE and an ATX 600 watt psu model # SL-8600EPS.

Ha. I just unplugged the largest rectangle connector from the psu to the mobo and plugged it back in. I can also see now how that cable can be in the way when installing a gpu. Quickest resolution ever. I'm too quick to post things on the internet.
