Unrecognized HDD After windows 10

Hi i recently was experiencing issues with my compuetr on windows 7 so i upgraded to windows 10 i formatted my hardrives from the setup and set my 250g hdd as a C : Drive and installed windows on that but what what was meant to be my D drive (my 2tb hdd) doesnt even show up

Does it show up in device manager? disk management?

not disk manager but device manager yes
also set up properly in bios as my second hard drive

nevermind i found it by myself in disk manahement it was chilling under un allocated about 1.8tb so i right clicked and assigned it a simple volume
