Question unresponsive navigation bar

Phone is Nokia 6.1. June security patch.

navigation bar is unresponsive to touch. Happens when scrolling or switching between recent apps. EX: I am closing recent apps then want to go to home screen. Home screen button is unresponsive at first touch. Its like the device is taking time to finish what its doing before the navigation buttons become responsive. Is this how the navigation bar behaves? My previous phone is galaxy s4. When pressing the home button there, it almost instantly goes to home regardless whether or not a process is being done.

That is actually an entry level phone, although it looks very premium. You can expect some lag while using day today apps.

After that they've launched multiple phones with better hardware, like Nokia 6.1 Plus, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 8.1 and Nokia 9 Pureview.
