Hi,
So basicly i'd like to know if this normal and if not how may i fix this
My cpu temperature jumps by 10c every seconds and goes down 10c and its really weird and unstable.
at load and even at idle

gif to show whats going on

I have a i7-8700 With turbo on
Cooler - Arctic freezer 33 esports edition (the one with the two fans)
motherboard - ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX B360-G GAMING (LGA1151)

Well....first....it shouldn't hurt anything jumping around like that.
I think that's pretty normal when a program is making it do that.
...but I think that it's a little strange at idle.
I would go to task manager and see if I could figure out what program might be causing it.
I would also try another temperature measuring app like Afterburner or HWInfo and see if it still jumps around.

The same thing happens in Afterburner & HWID

and the thing is that my gpu temp is like completly stable idk what is that

I think that there is an app running....or a process running that is causing it.
As I said...it won't hurt anything....but it would be nice to know what it is.
If you go into Task Manager....you can temporarily disable programs that startup with your PC in the Startup tab.
I would disable some to see if it goes away.
Then you might find it by process of elimination.

I don't think its a program thats causing it, a week ago i formatted my pc and the first thing that i did is to check if this thing might've been fixed.. but nah
