Question Unstable CPU temps when idling

On MSI afterburner it show my CPU temps bouncing from 32-52c when ideling.CPU clock goeas from 800-4600mhz. CPU usage is between 6 and 10%.
I dont think i have seen that before. I have just reinstalled win 10, added 1tb m. 2 and mounted a new top exhaust fan on case.

Remember, your OS is still running dozens of processes, even sitting 'idle' at desktop.
Are you running into any performance issues?

No. Everything works fine. Just the insane up and down on CPU temp that got me suprised. It was not like this before. Gaming the temps are as they used to
