Unstable pings cause visual stutters in online games

In every online game i have played i have experienced something very similar to fps stuttering, except for it is cause by my ping randomly umping from say 70 to 100 in games, its like my game freezes for a split second, but its extremely annoying trying to aim at someone in a shooter. i have an insane gaming pc, with 20 down and 1.5 up 42 ping connection.

Get a better connection or get the lines of your router checked. (Telephone lines and all)
