Unsure about temps

I overclocked my 8320 to 4.5Mhz at 1.452v. I'm on a Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0. My cooler is a corsair h100iv2. For the 8320 hwinfo says (cpu (tctl) 62.3c max and cpu package 62.3c) and below that is says Asus sabortooth cpu 79c max. This is at full load on prime95 for an hour. Are the temps to high. Also I just noticed that under Asus ec it says the Vcore is at 90c, I'm going to lower the voltage and see if it gets down into the 80s

Use HWmonitor (new version came out recently) to monitor your temperatures, it never lie to me, i hope. I prefer myself to keep temperature in low 80s during prime, but with your cheaper cpu i wouldnt worry too much.

Check out different temp monitors.
Some sensors labeled 'CPU' give incorrect readings. Use the sensor labeled 'core' instead.
