Why does my Seagate Expansion external HDD, have such a high "Raw Read Error Rate" (01) and "Seek Error Rate" (07) ? It is a very new HDD with very little use.

Seagate doesn't use those fields like we would think they should be. These are normal.

If you rely on software to tell you of impending doom, you've waited to long.

Drives can die at any time, sometimes quite suddenly and with no warning.
