Up & Down arrow keys not working

I have a Windows 8 computer. I got a new Razer Blackwidow Ultimate keyboard, the up key doesn't do anything and the down arrow puts my computer to sleep mode. The keyboard that came with my computer didn't do this. Any suggestions? Thank you

Just going to ask the obligatory: Have you either installed the keyboard driver via Windows update or Razer Synapse (I would suggest synapse to map keys)? Sometimes a restart after installing the driver also fixes weird problems like that.

I'm installing a driver right now and I've tried synapse. Whenever I download and have synapse running, it glitches out my PC. For example: I can't open any application without it crashing and whenever I right click, it just scrolls through the options, not letting me do anything.

Well, I installed a the driver, and it did nothing. Also tried synapse again and there are still problems with it

Did you ever find a solution? I'm experiencing the same problem on my blackwidow stealth 2013
