[SOLVED] Update ASRock A320M-DGS BIOS without CPU?

Hi all,
So I have been looking to switch to AMD and just received my Ryzen 3600. I also bought a A320M-DGS off of Ebay, and stupidly didn't ask the guy to update the BIOS before he sent it, which I recently learned I should've done because the A320M needs to be updated in order to support the Ryzen 3600. Is there a way I can update the BIOS without having to go out and buy a first gen amd cpu?

though amd does have a thingy majig in the us where they can send you a cpu for flashing the bios, or a bios flashing kit i think
