Keeps saying:
There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later.

2019-12 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64 (KB4533002) - Error 0x80073712

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

(I've tried a lot of times)

Solution
Have you run the Windows update troubleshooter, its in settings/update & security/roubleshoot. If it finds anything, restart PC and try the troubleshooter until it stops finding things. Then try updating again

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

if neither of above help, you can try a repair install. All it does is replaces windows back to 1909 before updates were installed, and as you only missing 1 update currently and 1909 only has 2...

All it does is replaces windows back to 1909 before updates were installed, and as you only missing 1 update currently and 1909 only has 2 so far, it isn't very far back - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html
