Update my PC, help please

Currently this is my system, I upgrade it at the end of the year, every year.

Currently this is what it consists of

CPU : AMD Phenom II X4 B45 3.2Ghz, from Athlon III 445

Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M LX, Very good board serves me well for what I do.

RAM: Kingston Hyper-X 2x 2GB sticks 1600Mhz. 4GB.

GPU: Onboard ...

PSU : 500watt

And the rest I'm not looking to upgrade, anything here that you think needs upgrading please tell me, I know for a start I need a good GFX Card, what would be best around £60-85?

Please tell me what I need to upgrade just to keep my computer going, I normally do a bit of gaming, not on insane settings, but I haven't much since I got rid of my old card, GTS250.


Anything I've missed please tell me.

General use, gaming when I used to have a better card, I want a PC that is capable, every year I upgrade it, I like to keep it up to date-ish.

I know I'll have to buy GFX Card, I like to play some online FPS games, but not very demanding games.
