[SOLVED] Update Problem

Hi!, I have a galaxy S8+ and ever since I've had my phone I have yet to receive and update for it. My girlfriend has the same phone and has had it update multiple times already. I don't even have oreo on my phone yet. She has At&t and I have cricket and I was wondering if that was the problem? Much appreciated.

yup. the service provider need to push out the update
