and 1 more question please can its necessary to be fat32 the flash format ?
because i done the bios with flash memory ntfs?
that too much bios update can hurming my motherboard?
am so sry for that many question .. but please help me i feel so sad
what your opinion i back to F10 or F12
- I prefer to download official bios rather than bios save, for fresh bios rather than configured bios
- Yes, Fat or Fat32 is necessary for the motherboard to be able to grab the files and update the bios.
- Could be harm, Could be not, depends on the motherboard. My B75M HD3 have undergo alot of bios flashing wether via q flash or intel fpt since i do bios mods and testing some features hidden.

After updating the bios dont forget to update the chipset driver to ver 3.10.22 in the motherboard page, then reboot.
