Updating Asus ROG x370-f BIOS

I’ve recently purchased a Ryzen 7 x2700 and a Asus ROG x370-f Motherboard, i’m aware i need to update the BIOS but my computer does not post at all. I’ve seen on other forums that i can flash my BIOS using a USB but can’t find a guide for my Motherboard. I’ve tried looking for the ROG usb port/ROG button but can’t find either.

Unfortunately the Asus ROG x370-F does not have flashback facility using the rear I/O panel. You have to be able to access Bios using EZ Flash 3 utility.
Are you not able to access Bios?
