Question updating bios for new cpu?

So i'm upgrading my cpu from 2600x to ryzen 5600x on a B450 tomahawk mobo, found the site but which one should i download? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-TOMAHAWK/support The latest is a beta version, can i go with that?

and can i update it right now before i swap cpus or do i have to use a flash drive and do it that way?

You can update before the CPU swap. The beta bios is only really for 5600x3d and 5700x3d support, so I would go with the latest non beta bios.
