Hi guys, I was just wondering about updating my motherboard's BIOS.
I have never done that before and I am confused now about the updated BIOS released.
My PC is a very old build and so I went to the Foxconn H61MXV V2.0 latest BIOS upload page and tried to download that but there are a lot of updates. I want to know which one update is perfect for my system as I have never updated the BIOS before. Do I have to download every update and then put that update on my motherboard or should I just download the latest one and go for the update?
Also please provide me the guide to update the BIOS because there's no one nearby me who can do this for me.
Any help is appreciated.... Please help fast.

You would want just the latest BIOS update (by date and/or version). The 'description' simply tells you the highlights of what was improved or added.
The BIOS download comes with a couple PDF files that are the instructions depending on your system. You're on your own as far as interpreting their explanation. Normally, there is a section in BIOS that allows you to update the BIOS by having the BIOS file on a USB flash drive (FAT32). But I'm not familiar with Foxconn enough to instruct you, since a bad flash will brick your PC. Then you'll have to locate a new BIOS chip and swap them out. I've had to do that.
