Question Updating bios

In an effort to delay spending on an entirely new build I’ve made the decision to upgrade my current gaming rig. I’ve purchased a 5700x to replace my 3600x. I have updated my bios to support the new cpu. My question is should I just update to the absolute most recent version or just stick with the one I have updated to?

Maybe stick with the current one you have and, in the future, if you feel like it's slowing down then update it
