Processor : I5-4460
Ram : kingstone hyperxfury ( 8gb 1 stick ) blue edition
storage : a normal 7200 RPM seagate 1 tb

now for the mother boards i was thinking about the :
MSI Z97 PC Mate
or
MSI H97M-G43
or
ASRock H97 PRO4

buying most of the items from gear-up.me ( dubai store ) if you can find a better mobo for less than 450 SAR please tell me C:

First, if you upgrade mobo - be aware that you may need a new windows license as well.

The Z-series mobo are meant for overclocking and you pay premium for that feature - your CPU is not meant for overclocking.

Your videocard is great so no need to change that.

In my oppinion, you should stick with your current build and add an SSD drive. Thats the cheapest upgrade and an SSD drive can always be reused should you upgrade to entire new mobo, cpu and ram setup.

If you want a major overhaul, you need to be thinking of upgrading your CPU to skylake, suitable mobo and DDR4 rams.

a good quality PSU is a major importance as well.
The asrock h97 is a decent motherboard and its blue accents would go well with your RAM Stick. Cant say the same for the msi, but it has blue accents as well. if you are on a budget, dont even consider z97's because it wouldnt make sense for you to pay more for what you're not going to use because the price you pay for it are the overclocking features. you cant overclock your CPU.

H97's are solid boards, and you can go for b85's as well.
