Okay.

Still more things to do/try:

What devices and connections do you have?

For example (line diagram):

ISP ---> modem ---> router ---->wired devices and ~~~~> wireless devices.

The modem and router may be combined (as seems to be in your network)

Edit and correct my line diagram.

On your computer run the following commands via the Command Prompt:

"ipconfig /all"

"arp -a"

"tracert 8.8.8.8"

Copy and post the results.

The results of the three commands will provide relevant information about how you computer is seeing the network and how your network is seeing the internet.

If I am following correctly, the entire IP address range (192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.254) is for DHCP use.

Try reducing that range to perhaps 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.100.

Save.

Then try reserving an IP address outside of that range based on the MAC address of the device to be assigned a static/reserved IP.

Not sure why that page would not work for you since its purpose is to put in static IP addresses.

Devices with modems in them the ISP tends to want to completely control software updates. Not sure GPON is a little strange since in the USA they do not want end consumer even touching fiber cables so they do not use routers like this. They tend to always use a separate box to convert the fiber to ethernet or coax.

I would call your ISP for help. They can update the firmware if it needs a firmware update.
